Friendly autumnal tumbles and messages left on mushrooms are great reasons to ramble in our national forests in the fall! Actually, I used to find messages occasionally along the county roadways bording our cattlefarm back in my Mississippi childhood. I always like to imagine the messages were left by “the little people”. My Celtic DNA coming out, you know!
